2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to become leader of NG as the military IRL is my favorite thing, in my country (USA) military plays a big part of who the American people are. We are known for our impressive forces and strong military, I want to take what I know and make NG like it. I want to stand this org up proud and say that we are proud for what we do and will do anything for our city. I want to make the city of Los Santos a very safe community.
- I also want to take my knowledge I have gained over the last year or 2 I’ve been playing Grand RP for, I have come a long way starting out in EN1 when it was the only server Grand had open I would spend countless hours Roleplaying in all orgs learning and growing, and then I moved to EN2 when that opened I did the same as I did on EN1 but took my journey further I became a administrator and worked my way to becoming a curator. From there I have progressed in all aspects I want to take my knowledge and get to lead an organization teaching and helping my employees and friends how things work and how they can take there experience to the next level.
- I want to bring more life and more opportunities into the organization I want to offer more things then ever before, I want to make NG the best it’s ever been by making the dream come true. I will work day and night to ensure that this will be the best leadership the organization will see, I will make sure that everyone is treated fairly and gets the help they need and I will ensure whenever someone needs our help we will be sending troops.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will improve the Roleplay by enhancing the opportunities and the offers they will give out. I will bring things I know from IRL experience and make it Alive in grand, I will add special forces like the Green berets, and the Navy seals, all of these special forces will have special missions that they will need to fulfill. This missions will lead to intense RP and you will have to be certified with a high scoring average. And must meet all levels of psychical and knowledgeable aspects.
- I will ensure our employees meet all the requirements that we are given, I will ensure all the gates are guarded during 12-10 and I will make sure all employees are working on/off base. Protecting it and doing there duties at the highest amount of professionalism.
- To ensure that everyone stays professional I will introduce a more intense training program that will go over ground basics and inspiration from the real world, these employees won’t be a normal employees they will be a hard working dedicated solider of the Los Santos National Guard.
- I will enforce a 24/7 team of highly skilled soldiers that will be ready at all times for deployment whenever needed this could be for events, globals, store robberies etc no matter what we will be there to back up our other organizations at any cost.
- Active recruitment, we will host recruitment drives 1-2 times a day until we can maintain a steady amount of active troops, and have applications open 24/7.
