What is this new rule about EMS mask?

I am not blaming Hector as I feel he's just doing his job but now me having an EMS mask is a 60 day ban?

First it was the EMS clothes we could buy from Binco, fair enough but please watch this POV, I've had this mask since I was Ballas leader OVER 1 YEAR AGO & I've never had trouble for it. If anything I was occasionally arrested for it by FIB

the mask is org warehouse item, u dont wanna get involve on gen rule 6.3 violation

EMS mask it's completely illegal thing and can not be obtained or used by anyone with exception of EMS employ
