When you said Leave the area in 5 seconds its means now both of you guys about to engage in rp situation , so for that it will not consider as " Gen rule 6.15 / RDM " . and talking about fear rp , when you give demand to anyone like " you have to leave area in 5 seconds so the next person can shoot you back to save his/her life cause you are only one guy there pointing gun , so yea its not fear rp according to me .
