Scenario:
Let me tell you that when I tapped Selling property option it has it in instructions like in Note format,
"Note: You can't sell property under 50% less than state value" , according to this instruction it's allowed to sell at 50% less than state value right? Due to this instruction I sold my apartment at minimum amount in which I could sell it and payed tax as well. Like apartment state value is 500k and it's 50% is 250k and when I sold it, 10% tax was paid to state so I got 225k there.
But just because of this reason I got banned with my friend. If it's not allowed there wouldn't be option or any note for that

I would have never done it if I know it's gonna take me to ban You can check my background I got no warnings by any admins before where as I'm in city from a long time and even applied for Admin application myself before and just only and only due to less level of character in EN3 my application was rejected.
