Statement, there was a citizen clearly breaking the law of reckless therefore I had pulled him over as he committed a crime. The Citizen that I pulled him over decided to run into Green Zone as it defines here it is not allowed 1.3 It is forbidden to leave RP situation by joining in a green zone/ Warn. I was giving the suspect in custody demands to exit his vehicle multiple demands and he failure to comply therefore I used lethal force on him as I had an IC Reason to do so. An Admin came and purposely stopped RP for no reason and question me for my actions I have told him that I have an IC reason and he will have to post this on forums the admin kept arguing and his reasons was not beneficial to stop Roleplay as there were no rule breaks, I then left the scene because the admin was taking my time and I had official duties to do. Please unban me and punish this person for joining an green zone and also the admin that did not do his Job properly because all the admins say post on forums so I have no clue why he was here wasting my time.

Punishment is Fair and Correct, Next time be more careful on how you treat the admins, when an admin has their tag on that means the RP is paused.
Regarding your action, completely incorrect you are a LEO not a Gang member to act like that on an arrest.
Regarding the Player, RP did not start until after he was in the GZ already which you gave him the Stop signal.
