2. I would like to lead National Guard for this reasons
#1 First of all i have been a NG leader on EN2 and i also have been in all orgnastions as a high command and i know how to control NG and know also how to get people to join and i can make NG acually one of best org by my expiranse, i did not do very well in my NG term in EN2 but i had a lot of people to join and do ammo runs and do the orgnastions things, i will get a lot of people inte the organisation.
#2. I will be making a lot of devistions on NG Such as, and i will get them to work all the time.
Recruitment Representative:
Trains the solidres and teach them the rules.
Military Police:
Can go to store robberys and hostage siuastion + takes care of the ng base status
Air Force:
Everything realitet to air
Force Forest:
Combat trainers every week there will be a shooting training and the Guy who makes more damage will win a prize pool.
internal affairs:
The judge, any mistake by any soldier will be a strike and in 3rd gets fired from the org!
Combat Medics:
During any operation will need 1 or 2 combat medics wich provides medical assistance (they know how to rp in a really good way)
Ranger Team:
Kinda like a turf team, or black ops team their mention is to get a plan in the operations that ng take lead in.
#3. I can orginazie everything in NG i will make a gate keeping system where if you stay at gate you get a reward and for each devistion i will make a reward system if you complete this Tasks you get money by leader or deputy's
#4. according to member count in this city its not hard to get many units so as i did in past and get more then 35 units without mass recruitment ill do my bestto let national guard have more then 70 units.
3. My advice's for improving Roleplay level in organization
#1 | ill bring new laws and rules to let every single thing rp (according to Real National Guard)
#2 | ill Stay in touch with state orgs to support them if needed, and send unites if they need.
#3 | as i said above ill bring many divisions as RR, IA, MP , more and more
#4 | There will be some hard RP metions in ng + every day there will be a IC event done by general or lt.general
