A.) Leader of SAHP


B.) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?


1. SAHP has the potential to be the be the 1 Law Enforcement Organization in the state due to its location, with quick access to the city via two large highways.
and its agility to respond first to emergency calls in Sandy Shores and Paletto Bay which is where most hostage situations and robberies occur outside the city.

2. İ worked many legal organization for a High Command and SAHP was the best experince i had.And i think im ready for a Leader of SAHP to do a best organization and most active organization.

3. I want to make a SAHP Proffesional, fearless and doing their job serious.İm gonna choose the most active and experinced HR Team and they gonna make SAHP better and,Professional when somebody joined they gonna learn how to be a best cop.And HRs gonna do 3 Recruitment in a week and make a SAHP Active as possible

Internal Affairs: These Group of people would run the IA for SAHP. Handpicked by the Leader who are responsible for the internal issues such as, corrupt officers, ongoing case files of officers caught in the wrong. Their main responsibility would be to keep the organisation clean from any wrongdoing. To achieve this they would issue Strikes and sanctions, as a punishment for those who break the rules of the org, or perhaps are caught in the wrong. The IA would have many sub-departments such as officers who run through checks of relevant bodycam footages to officers who check duty logs to ensure everything is done to a standard which is appropriate and ensuring that weapons from armoury are stored back correctly.

Human Resources: These are the group of officers who are in charge of the recruitment and training of new and upcoming Police Officers. Their main job is to ensure that every new officer is assigned with their correct things such as a badge and duty logs, along with that a 3 Phase Training Course, along with a few exams which would cover almost everything an officer would need to succeed at SAHP. Trainings will be done precisely and ensuring that new officers have understood what they have learn and take that knowledge to use in the city.

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): These guys would known as the “Destroyers” of all our special operations. Highly Skilled Special Firearm units with their intelligent tactics. These guys will be the first to respond to Events such as: Store Robberies, Hostage Situations, Scripted Events such as Subs/Bank Protection. And will be our leads in Ghetto Patrols. These group of Specialist individuals would lead the officers into taking down the suspects with their precise thinking. Only they would be allowed to engage in fire first. Then other officers allowed to swoop in to make arrests. These guys will be rewarded with many bonuses as per their hard work or even double promotion's


The Detective Bureau (Undercover Department): These group of intelligent crime stoppers will be much more covert in how they operate. Dressed in undisclosed UC gear, they will scour the city in their own cars for evidence they could use for future reference. Such as Gangs committing crimes detectives would have to Wait and watch for these, taking evidence from their special bodycam, along with conducting drug busts from those who dare to distribute illegal goods.

C.) Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.


1. The main thing I've noticed the lack of in the server as a whole is the use of / commands. The best way to increase RP through all organizations and the server is by increasing the use of / commands. The only way to increase that use is by giving out the proper training and proper instructions of when and where is the best time to use those / commands. For example, when placing a detainee in the vehicle, you could give a verbal command of the action as well as do /me places detainee inside of vehicle while watching their head. This would also be able to help out those players that are text rp only.

2. Create a culture in the city that is that is more RP based where dialogue takes precedence over mindless shooting and looting which often leads to mixing and IC situations being ruined by OOC outcomes.

3.One of the best ways you can not only improve personal RP but, the RP of others in an organization is by giving everyone a reevaluation. This will happen in the first week of the term and will be led by all of HC. This will give everyone a chance at possibly getting promoted and also it shows areas where people might need room for improvement. Let's be honest, everyone has something they need to improve whether it's me or anyone else joining or joined the SAHP organization.
