I am writing this thread in order to report the lack of organization of the staff that has been seen in crime situations, specifically with turfs.
First of all, we don't understand why we don't have the right to have the channel in the GrandRP discord of the POV Requests, called #capture-pov-request in the other servers. I have already talked to the admins for the creation of this channel and was answered that the GRP discord has reached the channel limit and it is not possible to create it.
My question is, how is it possible that we are the only ones not having this channel if after the Portuguese server was opened more servers have already opened in the project, such as the Spanish and English 3, both of which have the channel I am referring to? Without the existence of this channel, we don't have the possibility to see any opponent's pov, unless we speak privately with the players in question and ask them ourselves.
I even gave this example in a conversation with the Chief Admin of the danger of not having this channel: some time ago, one of my turfers was requested a POV of a turf by the staff because of suspicion of ghost peak by the opposing team, and when we analyzed the POV of our teammate we clearly saw that it was ghost peak. We immediately thought we would lose the territory and our teammate would be banned, but to our amazement, nothing happened at all, which means that the staff could not even define what a ghost peak is. The opposing team couldn't even make an appeal to the staff's decision, because they didn't even get a chance to see the evidence, basically they never even knew that he really ghost peaked.
We realize that discord may have reached the channel limit, but at least the administration should come up with a solution for this, such as creating this channel in the gang discords.
Secondly, I also don't understand why in the message that is pinned in the crime chat explaining how the turfs work and their rules, we don't have any information regarding the delay of the turfs that we can take advantage of when we are having connection problems, for example. And again, here's one more thing that's on every server but ours.
Third, on the 21st, last Wednesday, an opponent spent most of the turf in one place ghost peaking, of which we went directly to the private discord of the player in question to ask for the POV to confirm whether or not it really was a ghost peak. It was clearly a ghost peak, as you can see in clip and in the image below, the tracer of the bullet goes through the wall.
I sent the respective clip to the admin at 19h10, right after the turf, which was only a 12 seconds clip, the same that the player in question sent us privately, and only in the middle of the night of the 23rd, two days later and after more than 48h, did we get a reply from an admin, informing us that it was not a ghost peak, again proving that they really can't tell what a ghost peak is. I also doubt that the staff asked for the entire pov of the turf of the person we reported, since they usually do it directly in the turf channel, and they didn't, even thought we explicit said that the player spent most of the turf there, they only analyzed those 12 seconds that we requested ourselves, on our own initiative.
On the 23rd, around 4pm, we also reported another suspected ghost peak on a turf from the 21st and so far we have not received any kind of response regarding the situation, nor have we seen, once again, the staff asking POV's from the players involved in that turf. And again, we made this report before 48h and now it's passed.
Also on Friday the 23rd, yesterday, there was a great lack of competence from the staff in the turf approval part, of which the Crime Curators didn't have any attitude or quick intervention in the situation. The Bloods attacked with 31 minutes in advance and the Senior Admin and Crime Curator Jah Carey approved it. After a few seconds they attacked again unintentionally, literally copy paste, as you can see below. The Curator just put an X on the second turf and didn't take any attacks away from them. On the Portuguese server the Curators, when the turfs have errors related to time, remove an attack to the respective gang but in this case no attack was removed from them and they still attacked 4 times, when they should have only attacked 2. After the turf of 17h22, they attacked one more, at 18h03 and with 5 minutes to go before the turf started, the turf was still not approved or denied, making it appear that the curators were all AFK. With 2 less attacks under the rules that the Curators follow, Bloods still attacked the one at 18h03, since no Curator has spoken in time and hours to approve or reject the respetive turf.
In conclusion, we would really like you to be able to talk to the portuguese staff and help them improve in these cases, because the server has been open for almost a year, and these types of situations are recurring. We would also like to have the opportunity to have the POV Request channel, as well as an explanation of the possibility of delaying the turfs, since there are very few people like me who also turf in English and know of the existence of this system.
