Life Growing up
Wraith grew up the oldest of 4. He is one of the 3 Brothers. His Family has a single sister that they treated like a queen. Wraith Didn't grow up in the most stable conditions. They didn't have the nicest of homes. They grew up in a small apartment out of Detriot where gangs were at an all-time high. Wraith didn't like the cops growing up. So Wraith's Dad told him one day... If you don't like them join them and make a change. So that is what he did. He started in the LSPD and transferred over to FIB shortly after joining LSPD.
Carrer Story
When Wraith first came to the city he started off with a job in the SAHP. In which he got the job as an SAHP Undersheriff at just 22 years old. Wraith Acceded at his position. He over looked the whole department and worked over every single division in the SAHP. After just some time the SAHP disbanded cause the leaders term had came to a close, it was time for the government to hand pick out a new leader. He then transferred to FIB and got the position as a 00 Agent. they then got dropped to Head supervisor due to multi-department transfer he then left and enjoyed the civilian life for a good amount of time.
Outcomes
1)Wraith Can take bribes up to 100k
2)Wraith Can plant guns/drugs on people to arrest them
3)Wraith can use illegal weapons off duty/On duty
4) Wraith Can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try)
5)Wraith Can take NG gear off Duty
6)Wraith can take part in family activites
7)Wraith is able to exclude the law on or off duty
8)Wraith can remove a person off the wanted list, let them walk free, or reduce their jail time if he feels like doing so.
9)Wraith can be Bias towards Friends/Family (Not within NG Ranking or punishments)
10)Wraith can hurt people to get information out of them
