2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation) I have been in state organization many times before. But meeting gang enjoyed and happy me. So i asked myself why im not a leader for Ballas? And also if i got it my friends and family members wanna join Ballas. Second reason i believe that ill make the Ballas the best gang that EN-3 city ever saw and make everyone see the power of Ballas gang with new strategies and plans that will blow up everyone.In this city the most fun and exciting moments will always happen when everyone is on the same page following the rules and attending events
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization: The first thing I would improve is to know and understand all the server rules. In the past, I realized that the biggest reason for breaking the RP in the city and the ghetto in other gangs was due to not knowing the server and ghetto rules. This allows players to break characters to explain to the individual the rules that cause all RP to be lost. I believe a weekly meeting within the gang to discuss the rules of the city can help players maintain their character and focus on the RP direction rather than the next rule break. and i believe i can bring ballas to very good places
