Rodrego was born in the capital of Canada, When he became 4 years old, his parents got divorced, since he’s a kid, he had to stay with someone, his mom chose to leave him, but his dad decided to not, after it, Rodrego moved to Brazil with his father, all Rodrego’s neighbors were part of a gang, so he lived in a criminal neighborhood, Rodrego didn’t miss any opportunities he was getting to cuss the cops, so his neighbors loved him, and when Rodrego became 16, he started to drive without carrying a driving license, and he was helping his neighbors to run away from the cops, since he spent all of his life on driving games, so he was a high skilled driver, and when he became 18 years old, he always loved his mom even though she left him, so he decided to put a rose tattoo on his left hand, a lot of people liked his tattoo, so he decided to add some more tattoos on his buddy, also, Rodrego decided to join his neighbors in crimes, such as trespassing into backyards and selling things on the web, and started to rob small stores using knifes, but he thought that his neighborhood should have a corrupt officer, and since he was never caught, then he has a clean record, so he applied, and he passed, he did All actions, and became 1st corrupted cop in his neighborhood.

After Rodrego became a famous cop in Brazil, Los Santos Police Department heard about this, he was like a hero in their eyes, so they asked the government to bring him to Los Santos, Rodrego approved to work for Los Santos, he packed his bags and moved there on May 13th, he completed all his trainings and did the FTP test and passed it with a full mark from the 1st try.
And in August, Los Santos gets a lot of visitors, so a lot of people were parking illegally, the Chief of Police came up with an idea to make the tow truck operators in a department, and he had to choose a head for it, Rodrego was the best option, and, within 5 days, Los Santos lost 88% of illegally parked cars, the governess was surprised, and she awarded Rodrego 350K dollars, after it, the government build a new city, and they were looking for Chief of Police, Rodrego at the age 25 has applied for Chief of Police, they took his interview, and he got a full mark, no mistakes and everything was clear in his answers, so he was assigned as the Chief of Police, Rodrego worked for 5 years, all of it was clean, he had no corruption in his organization, but suddenly, one of his cops became corrupt, so Rodrego had to revenge, but according to the law, he only can fire him and arrest him for 3 months, Rodrego thought about it, and said to himself “3 months is nothing, I want something harder”.
Rodrego started to plan, and to make his plan work, he had to retire from the Chief’s position, he stayed with no job for about 9 years, in these 9 years, he made a lot of connections, he met gang members, developers, pilots, engineers and other people, the he showed the plan to his people, they all loved it, and the last step for the plan to work is that he has to join the Police Department again to see if the cop was there and if he was there, it’ll continue, luckily, the cop was there, so Rodrego continued explaining the plan to his people, and on September 13th, it is the day, the plan needed Rodrego’s people, and a small bank, Rodrego asked the engineers and the developers to make a small fake bank with fake bodies in it, so the plan was to make a fake bank robbery, and at 3 am in the morning, they started the mission, Rodrego told the other cop to push and he’ll take his back since it’s a small bank, they didn’t call for more units, but when the corrupted cop entered the bank, he was immediately knocked down, after it they took him as a hostage, and they decided to rob a real bank, Rodrego has to put a mask on so that the corrupted cop can’t recognize him, and meanwhile, SWAT joined the mission, Rodrego was part of SWAT, so they attacked when the hostage were safe, but suddenly, the news recorded that officers are going down so fast, because Rodrego was shooting his own teammates and that shows that he is corrupted officer as well.
