Hello Sir, I got banned for General Rule 6.10 but I Don't know this rule but After I Read all rules. For Some Reason I Insulting a HC LSPD Officer. I felt ashamed. MY Punishment is Over. So I Requested to You Please Unban for me In Discord From OOC ( Out Of Character ).
