-> I have been in The Bloods & Families and was in a high office and many times when the leaders were not taking responsibility and leader of Ballas ( All in the server Portuguese ) And as I am quite active I want to run for leadership of the Ballas
-> Make the Ballas Gang known and respected.
-> I will make the best act of ballas with all events participation, ghetto etc.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
-> Focus on gang events ( Cland, informant, turfs, battle ship, subs, etc.) because we see little gangs appearing in the appropriate events for the gangs.
-> Make the member of the organization more active on Guettho and in all events
-> Improve the strike sistem to the member who dont make the events, break the rules from the Gang and City and Inative members.
-> Improve the sistem of bonus for the players who make more events
-> Will make everyday robbery and FZ.
