bro the state value of houes 150k and he sold me the houes for 150k where is the problem !!!

you have sold the house for the state value correct but then bought items that are not even worth 20k for 140k to give the money back what is the reasoning of that exactly ?

simply in such cases just sell the house for state value if he is traveling and when he is back sell it back to him for state value, not to return the money back by doing a fake trade!
