req : i have enquired about exchaging my house with family members for state value i have asked so many admins they said ok unfourtenly i didnt know the new rules i am a new player for the game and the city kindly consider my request for this time i dont know the rules and game properly please un - ban and give me a warning i wont repeat it again please kindly consider i am very loyal player
