House value was 354.000, I like to gift house to him and we make deal to pay 152.000 by script we can't sell house under 1/2 from value. I sold the house and got back the money. Really I don't know where the problem was. We paid tax on 152.000 and everything was clear.



General rules say next: 1.9 It is forbidden to evade our systems of selling/buying. If you evade TAX(e.g. selling/buying/trading house/items/cars/clothes for 1k and then taking money) We paid tax on 152.000.

Please unban me and my friend because we play on all Grand RP projects. It's the first time to be ban on Grand RP server. I know all rules and I love this project.

1. Sold the house for less than State value which is not allowed, the least amount it can be sold is state value
2. House sold for 137.700 then cash transfer of 140.000 which is also not allowed to do such.
