Life Story: Oghi grew up in his home country of the United Kingdom with his mostly single mother, while his father was out engaged in gang activity, when Oghi turned 16 he chose to live with his father after barely seeing him for the start of his life. Oghi was quickly influenced by his fathers lifestyle, nice houses, nice cars and lots of money, his father quickly shown him the ways, of money, drugs, illegal weaponry, Oghis father was the kingpin of illegal weaponry. With his father having multiple law enforcement officers on his payroll who would sell him weapons they confiscated on duty, none of his fathers guys ever went to jail, because there was a healthy bribe waiting, Oghi saw the potential in how much money could be made, except from the other perspective... the perspective of the corrupt law enforcement. Oghis mother caught wind of what he was being exposed to and offered Oghi the life of his dreams in the city of Los Santos.
Career Story: Upon arriving in the city of Los Santos, Oghi got caught up with the wrong crowd, Joining a family which shown him where to buy illegal weapons, where to sell illegal weapons and how to rob people, the family wanted Oghi to infiltrate law enforcement to sell them weapons he had confiscated and if needed, they would have someone to bribe if ever they got arrested. Oghi started on his legal career path of working as a trooper in the SAHP under sheriff Lexo Salvatore, quickly making his way up the ranks as he shown enthusiasm and a goal of being the best officer out on the field. It wasn't long before Oghi had a high ranking position and was excelling at his rank, but also grew to like his fellow law enforcement officers. When the sheriff stepped down he was hired as a Lieutenant under Sheriff Max Pluxury, later transferred to Sheriff Bryan Barba, for his experience, Oghi excelled once again and shown great combat skills and leadership skills and was appointed the Deputy Chief of the Special Response team.
Outcomes:
1- Oghi can take bribes for release of 10-15's ($100,000 maximum)
2- Oghi is biased towards family members and can release them if they happen to be arrested (before they get processed)
3- Oghi can lie about the request of a lawyer to a 10-15
