i had given money to my friend to buy me a surge then i told him to give me my car for 3000. i was not trying to avoid any type of tax or i was selling it for cheap.
this was my own car i just took it back also i had no idea about this rule, just now my friend explained me this rule then i realized that i was breaking this rule.

i apologize for unknowingly breaking this rule, please give me one chance
