Rejected Mute for "don't speak over me"| Darkov Zero

i was doing my normal job , patrolling with my colleagues, when we saw a suspect , so i went to that person and asked for his passport to check his background (my job)
the person refused to identify him self , which is in FIB Rules (P.C 3.6 | Failure to identify) which makes that person wanted by the state grade 2 , i put him in cuffs , in order to arrest him , at this time the suspect called an admin , who told us that "its an IC issue" , after that i took the suspect to the DOC to process him , while we are on the way , i told him his rights , which having a lawyer is included in it , but the suspect didn't ask for a lawyer , after that we arrived at DOC , and the same admin showed up again (i don't know why) , and he started to say that my suspect want a lawyer (the suspect didn't ask for one as you can see in the POV) but after the admin said that the suspect started to ask for a lawyer , also the admin muted me with a reason " don't speak over me" while i was not speaking at that moment !
also he threatened us by saying he going to give our org a warning ,my question here dear admins : is it my fault for trying to do my job correctly ? or my fault to be in the FIB to make the city safe for the citizens ?Merry charismas thank you..

3 Different Stories by 3 Different Officers, Rejecting to call a lawyer and saying "im not going to call a lawyer you call one"
disrespecting the admin by threatening him by going to forums, saying why he is there when he is requested to the scene
next time punishment will be more than just a mute when an admin is there with his tag on which means situation is OOC.
