my ban was opened. but my money was 0. I spent a lot of effort to make this money. and I didn't do anything wrong. The officials at fib blamed me without checking my logs. I lost both my money and my enjoyment of the game. Can I get my money back which i lost in ban as i did nothing wrong I have proof of everything.
