Additional information

A) Leader of SAHP

B)
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

I have personally seen a lot of things in SAHP that desperately need to be improved, and I would like to implement many of my ideas into making SAHP one of the best organizations in the city.

The sheriff of SAHP has a duty to make sure no officer at SAHP is left behind, and I want to implement this into the new SAHP, as I feel with a good leader, we can be an even stronger organization that does not let criminals get away!

As a new leader, I will make sure that we have more departments, and more promotions in the organization, as well as much more opportunities for bonuses, something I feel was not really paid much attention to in the previous SAHP, though there was still an effort made.

Internal Affairs:
Internal Affairs is something that I feel every organization needs to have. With a new and improved internal affairs team, they would be more attentive to logs, which in the previous SAHP, I saw a lot of officers not filling out logs correctly, and a lot of officers had their own way of filling out logs which is not something I would like to have. All logs should be filled out in a timely, efficient, and orderly manner, which IA will ensure that officers are continuing to do. Also, when an incident happens where an officer did something they were not supposed to do, a quick investigation will be put in place, and we will ensure that if our officers did something wrong, instead of just giving out warnings, or strikes, (which we will still give out as needed) we will train our officers on what to do better in the future, and there will not be any excuse to do something incorrectly. Bodycam checks will also be implemented, more so to our newer officers that may not know how to do it properly, which again provides more opportunities for training our officers to ensure they will succeed in this organization! There will be files kept on officers in IA, which will include notes on how officers did on bodycam, and log checks, which if officers and IA members are doing well, bonuses can be given out. For example, passing a log check could be a 5,000 bonus, and passing a bodycam check can be a 10,000 bonus. (Numbers are not final, just giving examples) This provides an incentive to our officers to pass IA investigations, and routine checks. I also noticed that IA was checking some of our officers more than others, which will not be acceptable in the new SAHP (without given reason). There will be more log checks on newer officers, although if they are consistently passing log inspections, then log checks should significantly decrease with passing rates, and rank of our officers. Nobody, not even the Sherriff, should be exempt from IA.

Human Resources and Training:
Training, and HR will be put into one department, as I feel this is needed as they go hand in hand. A Human Resources/Training officer should be in the city at ALL times. Meaning one person from that department should always be online, as I notice a lot of citizens come to HQ, and they have to wait for hours for there to be anyone who could interview them. This will not be acceptable, unless we are in an event like SUBS, Aircraft Carrier, etc. Once we come back from said event, anyone waiting should be a HR/Training officer's top priority. We want to employ as many officers as possible, as in numbers we are a much stronger organization. Obviously, we do not just hire anyone, as the requirement of no prison terms, and being 5 years old (In city) and 16 Years old (out of city) are requirements that should stay. In order to ensure that one HRT officer is online at all times, perhaps making it a bit easier to be an HRT officer would help there to be more officers available. Additionally, bonuses for successful hires (Hiring an officer, and having them make it to Trooper I, will warrant a bonus of at least 10,000)

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT):
Swat was one of the most popular departments in SAHP, so continuing that department would be an amazing idea. These officers are able to take out better weapons, Armour, and uniforms as they are officers in force that are needed when things go south. Members of SWAT should easily be able to handle a satiation and keep things under control. If threats were to arise SWAT should be able to eliminate those threats with ease. These officers will have enhanced tactics, and will be able to surround gang members in an event they are taking people hostage, robbing a store, etc. There should be no escape for gang members after committing crimes (Excluding free passage demands). After free passage is given, SWAT should hunt them down engine block all of them, and all of them should be arrested and taken to DOC. No gang member should ever want to mess with a SAHP SWAT member. If SWAT were to fail and let gang/family members escape, we will review that situation and improve tactics for future reference.

Sniper Department:
A brand-new department of SAHP that specializes in providing any officer with a sniper, which can be used in situations like store robberies, SUBS, etc. Particularly in hostage situations, where snipers can sit upon hills, and target every single gang/family member, which once the hostage is safe and demands are given, all gang members will be delt with and taken to DOC. This is one of many examples where I can see snipers being very useful. SWAT/High command in the Sniper department can be given heavy snipers.

Under Cover Division:
There will be MASSIVE improvements to the undercover department, as officers will now be able to wear street clothes and blend in a lot more with other players. We will have special vehicles specifically designed for undercover work, that look just like SHARING cars, so it be a much better undercover job that more officers will want to join. Requirements for said position will be similar to the ones currently in place, Senior trooper+. Bonuses will continue to be given out for undercover arrests as well as evidence submitted for undercover work.

C) Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Many improvements should be made to our organization, such as better Armour for ALL officers, options for better weapon loadouts to department specific officers and higher ranked officers (NO MORE PDW'S!!!). There will be better training in terms of RP commands, etc. We will train more officers on laws, and what to charge people for. If officers are charging people for incorrect things, they WILL be trained on how to do better. Much better tactics will be trained to all our officers so RP will be MUCH more realistic. A.K.A officers will be allowed to surround gang members, snipe them in store robberies, etc. In hostage situations, we can set up officers to have a sniper pointed at every single gang member, so WE will have the advantage, not them. Obviously, we will still comply with demands, and gang members will be unaware of snipers, however once the hostage is safe and demands are complied with, it is fair game. The goal of this is to increase RP, as Snipers are more realistic, and gang members are allowed to snipe SAHP, so we need to turn the tables on them!

I have 2 accounts, one is 18, the other is 6. I have been in SAHP over 2 months and have PLENTY of experience.
