To start off, I was at beach-market when ID:2991 drove up in the middle of the market with a car. The second he got off I noticed that he was wearing a yellow vest, so I pulled my gun out and asked him to get his hands up. Warned him not to get in the car or he will be shot, but he refused and got into the car.
I chased him around as you can see in the video its pretty self-explanatory. He, instead of fleeing the scene decided to stay back and wait for me. Then later told me to follow him, as you can see he makes a left and enters HQ zone and once he sees me not following him he comes back car rams me. He then keeps on cop-baiting by trying to get me to follow him into Vagos HQ.
ID:2991 broke three rules; CR, Cop-baiting, Ghetto rule 1.6.
In the second part of the video, you see ID:1720 following the guy on the bike and speaking to him in a language other than English which is required to be spoken especially in GZ, or both parties mutually agree on speaking said another language which in this case I didn't.
