I think there is a mistake because I have been played this game for approximately 300 hours. I didn’t do something wrong. But if there is a problem, you could warn me at first. 60 days banned is not fair. Please fix that.

No mistakes punishment is correct
you have sold a car for less than state value for 950$ and Received the rest of the amount which is 1.390.000 in cash which Goes under General Rule 1.9
