6. I wish you could reduce the rate for up to nine or ten days because I only paid for the house for 11 days
   
   
   
   
7. This means that after 11 days, the apartment and its belongings will be erased
   
   
   
   
8. I hope you understand me and try to help me, and I swear to you that it was by mistake and I did not mean to do it
   
   
   
   
9. I wouldn't risk my account for two seconds to put the spikes, i understand what I did ruined the experience of the other player. It will not happen again

1) Reducing ban to 15 days is fair I think based on the evidence that I saw
2) It is not our fault you violated a rule and asking for unban when you got it reduced seems inappropriate in my opinion
