hello . i have wrongly ban for 1.9 which i have sell my apartment in value of government value in 500k because he was my friend that's y and after that he suddenly hand over hand in money without my permission and in whole day in have not done transaction over 5m​

if as you say it was without your permission and you did not want the cash then you would have returned it to him and not kept the cash.
