Rejected Killed after an event - ID 5888

Was in the clandestine event and as you can see I managed to kill ID 5893 Just before the time but ID 5888. So now as there is no red circle it's back to RP so ID 5888 keeps punching me so in self-defence I start to shoot and he carries on running towards me not fearing for his life and then kills me.
