- I have been In Grand RP for about 3 years and have not been able to accomplish Much so it would be a great accomplishment to be the leader of LSPD.
- I have so many ideas that I would like to use for LSPD.
- I feel that it would be a great experience and would be able to gain much knowledge .
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in the organization.
-enforce radio codes
-expand LSPD training
-use real life police knowledge
-enforce roleplay actions
-add more realistic departments
-add more realistic ranks
-test people not just by knowledge but my field
-make sure everyone knows what they are doing

1. I want to be LSPD leader because
This game has been part of my life for the last 3 years. I've already been in a leadership role as a commander and I'm looking forward to provide my insight in the many areas I've learned from this game which I so deeply love. I have been in every organization but out of all of them this one is my favorite and feel that is has so much potential to grow and I would love to be part of its growth.
- I would contribute in this role by enhancing realism in this role for other people to enjoy this gaming experience. This game has helped me realize that I want to be in a police department in real life. Therefore, by this leadership role I can further enhance my knowledge in how to deal with situations because even though is just role play the leadership aspects are still very realistic.
- I would work as a team leader but would also make sure that everyone in the team enjoys working for the department.
- I will grow the department by attracting more people to this game. I've been playing this game long enough to know how to attract new people to the game since it has a lot of realistic aspects as to how to deal with real life situations.
My advice to improve this role play game would be the following.
- The more realism that is added to the gaming experience the more people will be attracted to the game.
- Training the people that become part of the role play in a fun but yet realist way would make the game more appealing.
I would also like to do weekly recruitments to make sure that our numbers are always on top, also giving out promotions Fairley to make sure that everyone who is working hard stays motivated to keep working hard because I have seen that first hand that people work harder when they receive rewards so I would always make sure that everyone is getting what they deserve
