Hi Mahzor,

Today i get warn for the first time in almost a year playing on the server every single day. And in my oppinion the administrator in question didnt make the right decision. I invite you to see my history of punishments, some of which were mistakes already clarified. First of all i would really like to point out that the forum on the Portuguese server sometimes loses the essence of a public forum, where people can respectfully comment and defend themselves against reports directed at them. In that sense and i hope i'm not misunderstood but the reality is that if we cant defend ourselves without our comments being deleted by "offtopic" when they are totally on the subject, it makes no sense and takes away the whole purpose of a forum. The administrator in question chooses to silence people who only try to defend themselves, and is distorting the purpose of the forum, which without comments could be replaced by a ticket system, and I think that no player wants that.

Going back to my warn, the truth is that I was punished for no fear when in the situation it is perfectly visible that I fulfilled all the demands given in addition to that the evidence is clearly cut in order to only demonstrate what they want, however the only moments in which I did not follow the demands was because there was only 1 gun pointed at me and precisely because of this warn doesn't make sense, it's visible in the clip me raising my arms as well as obeying all the demands, and I have a clip of the full situation, as the administrator should have requested, and I can, if necessary, make it available for further analysis.
In addition to mixing things up and being highly biased towards players he doesn't like, I think someone should closely monitor what this admin does on a daily basis, like spawning random cars and stuff, (I also have some funny clips of spawns and other situations), using and abusing the power that being on the admin team gives you, and if I'm making this report it's because I worry daily about the state of the server and this type of behavior tends to alienate the players who most respect the project from day one. I consider this a serious situation of incompetence and, above all, a major problem of impartiality with the administrator in question.

First of all, you're right that the admin shouldn't have deleted your post, as I saw no reason to do so and he will be punished for it.

Secondly I consider your punishment is fair, I didn't see any fear of bandits on your part, you just tried to stall for time and it is evident in the video that the player provided.

Regarding your claim to the administrator that he create cars and objects randomly, I want to emphasize that the admin has never had and has no functional to do so, as its rank does not a priori allow, therefore I consider it an attempt to deceive the high administration and for that you get 7 days ban.

Regarding the other cases such as abuse of admin rights, I'm always willing consider all the evidence you have against any of the administrators.
