Life Story: Antonio Holton was born in raised in swamps of Midway just east of Tallahassee. His father was a truck driver and his mother raised him and four other siblings in an old mobile home with a leaky roof. Life in the early days was very hard, Antonio would grow to resent all the hard time he endured. His father was away working for weeks at a time but seemed to have little to show for it. Antonio and his siblings would stay with his grandmother for the weekend in Tallahassee, they would hang out by the streets just to watch all the nice cars pass by wishing they could have the nice things the people in the city have.
Career Story: After Graduating Collage Antonio moved to Liberty City. Mesmerized with the beauty of the city, Antonio followed his father footsteps and becoming a truck driver though Liberty City felt like the home he never had, the amount of crime pushed him to want to help fight crime. Antonio made his way to SAHP, after eventually being hired Antonio worked his way up the ranks becoming corporal in a short time. Feeling unaccomplished he applied for detective division and was accepted, there he learned how to build a case file, collect evidence and get intel for tony work is never done the duty never stops. Antonio would go on to become the Chief of Staff of HR for SAHP, and still with a hunger to bring justice to city by any way necessary.

Outcomes:
- Antonio can enter the ghetto area, rob/kill people off-duty and keep their belongings, including illegal items, for personal use.
- Antonio is biased towards his family and friends, making it hard for him to resist from corrupt activities (lowering/removing sentences, giving out information, planting evidence, ...). Therefore, he will be taking bribes (Up To $100.000).
- Antonio does not have to go to DOC when taking a bribe from 10-15 must confirm bribe before in prison, and also Can Take items off 10-15s (Only using the unofficial family menu)
