I got banned today because of general rule 1.1 (main), and as I saw it means that my account was opened from two different devices. I can assure you that i have not shared or sold my account to anyone, but i have a pc and laptop and i opened my account on both because i play on pc when am home and on laptop when i go to college and i did not know that it was against the rules to open it in multiple devices but both devices are mine and i am the one who opened them. Please consider unbanning me or at least decrease the duration of the ban without wiping my account since i am new to the game and i really worked hard to gain the money i have. My id is 87348. Thanks
