2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1-> i think you need to select me as LEADER of PD because i know how to handle hard situations and i have good communication with my officers and i very active on emails and in the city so i can help my officers with any problems with me or any other officers that i can change, im very respectfull as a persone towards my officers, i think to get a good term the leader him self need to know the rules of the state and his officers dont be proffesional and do stupid suff that the leader will recive a verbal.
and i wont accept any favouritism in my departments or ORG.
2 -> regarding my LEO experience i was a sr. state attorney and deputy of FIB and currently im deputy of LSPD and many more.
to make the lspd the best i want to make the best the HR team, IA team and the undercover, so i can make the ORG the best so the HR team can get as many officers in the org we can and we do regular recrutiment drive and for IA they often check logs for activity check so we dont have unactive officers in the org and they will often check for liceses and for my undercover department they do regular special missions and go to sherch for drugs illigal items and they will do 3 to 5 evidence to each gang or family so we have regular case files and each bonus will be 15 k to each evidence
3 -> for the Towing team i want that at least 3 to 5 units to be towing so the citizens will be safer and they will give tikes out so the citizens wont do again so they learn and each tow will be 1k so in the end of the week the bonuses will add up and will give out the bonus, i want to make a system that each week theres officer of the week that they get about 150k to all the hard work that he or she did the HR team has the responsibility of this, i want to introduce a new thing that all officers have a task to keep or increse there rank if they dont do this they will recive a warning or strike and same to our Head`s of departments so LSPD dosent have low acvivity.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1 -> to have more RP in city i think we need to do more RP command`s like /me puts him out of the car and tells him to watch for his head and using /me Connect PDA to Nearby Cell tower of LSPD to Tracking Criminal this command for every time you bring out your PDA.
2 -> i think that we need have more special missions that our officers have more fun and rp like all legal orgs scope out the hole city ecc....
3 -> i think that there will be no rule brekers in the org so i dont recive any org warnings so i want to have all officers in org that are proffesional and not corrupted with out BIO and that officers in the ORG know all the state rules and the legilasion. i want that HR team will let my officers learn every aspect of being a LEO officers so when im in event i tell them something they know it instead being a chicken just lyng there doing nothing.
