i got banned today because of general rule 1.1 (main) and as i saw it means that my account was opened from two different devices i can assure you that i have not shared or sold my account to anyone but i have a pc and laptop and i opened my account on both because i play on pc when am home and on laptop when i go to college and i did not know that it was against the rules to open it in multiple devices but both devices are mine and i am the one who opened them please consider unbanning me without wiping my account since i am new to the game and i really worked hard to gain the money i have my id is 87348 thanks and sorry for repeating the forums but now i fixed the format

is there a way to get a chance without money wipe? i really worked hard for this money and i didn't break the rule of selling my account for others as i explined both are my devices, please consider giving me the chance without money wipe
