Life Story: Luke Hulk has always been a trusted Individual. As a child his father was part of the MILITARY force which means Luke had the skills of Swimming, Climbing, Dodging and parkour and the high level tech knowledge and also driving on and off road in intense situations with the military 4x4, All sporty Traits and all sorts of high level skills then on the other hand he had,, Criminal Mastermind knowledge, Knowledge about drugs in the warehouses and a load more of Legal/illegal ways , and when his father was away on missions his mother who was in in the 00 CRIME FORCE, was undercover so when she was gathering things from criminals and be friending them for info he would learn about drug smuggling and illegal activity which got luke A little knowledged on how to be illegal. Luke decided he wanted to be both. His Dad got him into the military at 18 and Luke was very good at it and he loved to do illegal things on duty like taking all the drugs from trespassers and taking their heavy weponary home in his car which resulted in him being arrested on 5th of January 2003, Luke was found smuggling illegal items from the military base in his car and He was arrested on Suspicion of Mass stealing Prohibited items from a Secured facility. This is where Luke spent 7 and 1/2 years in Prison, which allowed him to meet criminals and learn enough knowledge to help him when he got out. when he was released flew straight out to a country Called San Andreas. Here he met a new family Called Heartless and before joining any jobs realised he need a name change to secure his safety this is when luke became Luke (Hulk) which he is known by today. He joined so many different orgs and managed to be a HC In them all, He was trusted due to his skills from his Past life and growing up but no ones knows what really under that Balaclava, IS IT A LAW ABIDING CITIZEN OR A CRIMINAL WITH A GOOD IMPRESSION ...
Career Story:
From being in the military from the age of 18 luke gathered alot of skills along they way and these include things which give him Criminal Use his use of tech allows him too hack radios and disable vehicles for no reason and then all of his other sporty traits allow him too be fats and sneaky, From the military he went too prison which is a major part of his career as he met people inside teaching him the way too hack and doo things and smuggle successfully, In the new city Hes become one of the best HCS in: FIB/LSPD/SAHP/GOV and DOC. He always Puts his friends first and Makes sure he does the best for his organization. His current occupation is Now FIB and his old life is coming back and illegal ways are wanting to come out and hes finding a way too make ends meet and its gonna be a certain amount of time before they need too stop him but can they stop him or is his career gonna go down the route of biggest posing criminal in the city ever

1) Luke can take bribes up to 100k
2) Luke can go to the ghetto off duty and start killing people there for fun.
3) Luke can torture people for information secretly for more info about others like he did to criminals in military if do not comply he will use outcome 5 ( with /commands)
4) Luke Can Break bodycams using /try command again twice only
5) Luke can inject Truth Serum into criminals for them to leak info this serum he stole from Containers in a storage unit . ( using try command twice only )
6) Luke can take someone off the wanted list, let them free, or lower their sentence.
7 Luke can use illegal weapons and drugs while on duty even if accquired from black market
8) Luke can do any illegal activity that benefits him eg: Taking his radio everywhere too gain info.
9) Due to Anger, If Luke does not Get what he wants after breaking bodycam Luke Will Kill the 10-15 ( if demands are followed i will not kill too follow the ooc rules unless they dont run within 5 seconds)
