Life Story: Jay belongs to a very decent family. Jay Pluxury is his father's name; Jay was named in honour of his father. His father was the chief of defence staff and was a hard worker. He had a mansion, which was provided by the defence of the country. One day he went to a bar and saw some drunk people staring at a woman. His father could not help but stare because that woman was forced to do something against her will. He was all alone and there were 15 gangsters standing in front of him. Everyone in the club thought the gangsters would win because there were so many of them, all riled up. But they were all wrong. His father had a secret gun holder and took out a service revolver and shot the gangsters in the ass. His father rescued the woman and took her home. He later found out her name was Blaire and they fell in love, they married, and after nine months God sent a baby to them as a gift! After some years, Jay's father was attacked by another country's agency, and was kidnapped by a team of 40 members of that agency. They cut his father's fingers and they forced his father to leak the country's secrets, he did not and died for the country. Blaire was in full of tears, she lost her husband and flew to America with her child.
Career Story: After a few years, Jay grew up and was settled in America. He is one of the most intelligent people the US government could find (following in his father's footsteps. Jay is the best clapper, and he was offered a job in the United States Secret Service as a junior agent. He worked so hard that one day, the Governor of San Andreas offered him the position of Director of Secret Service. Her mother was so proud of it. The governor Lavi took Jay under his wing and helped boost his skills to be the most effective worker in government, and after a couple years training it came true. Jay was given a bonus by Lavi for his extraordinary performance. He told this to his mom, and they both decided to buy a mansion. He does not like to share his past experiences with anyone because he feels uncomfortable. He cried a lot on that day because he was missing his father a lot, and knew how proud he would be had he have seen what Jay had accomplished. Lavi also cried after he got to know the situation and decided to take care of Blaire and Jay.
