Approved Unban Appeal for Gen 1.9| Sultan Pluxury

Dear respected admins of Grand RP,
Yesterday I got a car OCLET F-TYPE for coming to the city for 60 days whose state value was $ 7.9 million. As I was going to buy a house for $5 Million, so I listed my car in the auto fair for $5.9 Million. But when I came to the city today my account was blocked for Gen 1.9 by Sultan sir. But it states that it is forbidden to evade our systems of selling/buying. If you evaded TAX(e.g. selling/buying/trading house/items/cars/clothes for 1k and then taking money) and I didn't sell the car for $1k. So I asked Sultan sir he told me we can't sell the car at a lower price than it's state value. It was not written in the Gen 1.9 rule. Please help me.

Unbanned and wiped this last time, Reason of the punishment is, it is Forbidden to sell Property/vehicles for less than their State value. and if the market price of the item is way higher then item price must be followed.
