2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I have experience in each and every legal organisation so I want to move to next to Lead a organisation so thougth LSPD will be nice choice for me to
Lead nice organistion and be good leader.I know How to lead and do stuff professionally. I'm mature and calm in every situation.
2)I got people so Many People Who gonna join the LSPD like 20-30 People In 1 Day.I will try to get as much as the member I can in the org.I got perfect people for the
Deprtments to get the LSPD on top. if i get the leader ship I will try my best to stop the crimes going in city
3)I have my own ideas to Make LSPD top Organisation in the city.Making nice friendship with other legal organisations helping them. i will mass recruitments
to get more members in my organistaion.my depuites gonna work if iam not in the city. I will make so many changes in the departments and the bonus system of parking enforcement
.I have the roaster made already for LSPD of Ranking System. The term just gonna rock
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1) There will be an H.R Department their main work will be to hire new people and give them training., This is one of the most important department of LSPD.
2) Encouraging the in the organisation to make nice process in the organistion and geting most experienced persons in the organisation
3) Making the radio codes more realstic more advance than before one
4) Talking to the emplpyes of my organisation asking there there issues in organisation and solving it and and encouraging themto be in the organisation
5) Everybody have to follow the Chain of Command and lissen the HC's
6) If we respect everbody they show interest to be in the organisation and giving nice bonus to there work bonus will work as to encourage tthem
7)The departments are going to be available during my leadership duration are:
