Additional information
1.
Leader of LSPD

2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1)
Mature, professional, good decision making, fair, calm and good leadership skills. These are some of my skills that would make me a great leader of a org like LSPD.

2) I have a good ammount of experience even though im a fairly new player in GrandRP. I was COS of LSPD, worked as a Sr. State Attorney and am now actively working as COS FIB. Everytime I joined, I quickly got recognized by the leaders and earned ranks really quick without really asking for it.

3) OOC : I have a lot of experience as someone with a leading role. My way of working is recognizing skills in others, quickly thinking of solutions and I have a good working ethic. My friendliness is also a great part of my way of running things.

I find the LSPD to be the most important ORG in the city. The reason is that the LSPD handles the little things to the bigger things.. Like the most important thing, TOWING! Its never good to have cars parked all over the place, IC'ly and OOC'ly (annoying, and laggy). So it's important to have a good LSPD, that is active and knows what it is doing. It is also the face of the city. I cant even count the times citizen came in to ask information like where to get a license plate or car insurance. How to do other things and more. It is a service heavy organization that should not only focus on crime, but on providing a service to the citizen as well.

Also, the LSPD should have great teamwork with the other orgs as well. Having a talk with them once a while is always good for teamwork. Talking about how to tackle certain situations, events and more to improve the whole state orgs is also a thing that should happen!

The biggest reason why I'm applying as LSPD leader, is that besides I like the idea of gaining experience as a leader of a org, I would like to provide all other players that will join my org a great and wonderful time working within the LSPD with me!

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.

1)
First and foremost, is getting in the numbers, in a correct way. My main focus will always be getting the right people in, taking full responsibility for fellow officers and providing regular trainings for agents to always keep their knowledge of the law and our work fresh. Giving the right amount of attention to everyone in the organization will be a key point to the term.

2) Roleplaying as an officer is fun, but the main role of LSPD is to be the backbone of the city. Therefore every agent will constantly be reminded that the civilians / criminals / other orgs need to be able to have fun to! Being arrested is never fun, unless the agents make it a good roleplay experience!

3) Having fun is good, but besides that I will make sure the LSPD is keeping it professional in the public's eye! Sometimes goofing around should be allowed, but never if it interferes with the Roleplay!

4) The non-BS, bonus system. Also called BS BS, is a system I thought of. A bonus system for duties that may be less fun for players to do. Like Towing.

5) I will always try to run the org as a real PD leader. Joining LSPD will mean that the players will need to act their rank to! Making sure that the officers listen to the higher in command and making the people in charge listen to their agents as well, is something that is important to me. The HOD and DHOD of departments will need to be professional and active. A simple example is that a patrol officer talks with his/her DHOD first, before going to the HOD. The HOD talks to the COS with their concerns, and so on. So, the chain of command is actively used instead of everyone just talking to Chief of Staf or the Leader.

6) Events! Events! Events! One of the most fun aspects of orgs is the events. By making sure the roster is filled with officers that play on diffferent timezones, is also a keypoint I will be aiming for!

7) The high commanders I have will have a voting system ready for them. No favors, everyone grinds for the rank, unless they can provide valid proof of higher ranking! I will not tolerate favoritism. Pull your weight to KEEP your rank! A decision needs to be made? Put it to vote with everyone in High Command! It gets a pass? The decision will be implemented!

Again, I am fairly new to the RP scene, but I learn quick and am finding my ways really quickly. I have been in a lot of situations and have gained a good amount of experience.

Hope it's not too late for my application!

Best regards,
Dray 'Ice' Ottoman
