Dear Mahzor,
I've been playing on Grand RP DE1 since 2021 and have had a lot of fun and joy on the server with my friends and gang activities, family activities and role play. Grand RP was my first and only server I played on. I have always followed all the rules, POV, NO cheating, no real money trading and even with small rule violations such as RDM and VDM, I have always been polite and exemplary towards the admins. I do massive RP in Ammurobs and other RP situations. Ok that was a joke but I really do a lot of RP. I've always liked supporting the server, I've always respected the point of view of the admins, and even if something didn't go right, I'd back down because we're all human and everyone can make mistakes. I'm not the type to upload a report every 30 minutes hoping to hurt someone else. Reason for complaint: On 12/28/2022 I was banned for 60 days for violating rule 1.7 (04/06/2022). I received the information on request from the responsible admin Leo Light. ,,There were logs that clearly showed that money was moved...'' According to Leo Light, I spoke to Vincent Xozis and he said I should write an admin complaint and mark it with his name. The logs reportedly show a sale of a light brick for 37 million. Such an action or a trade in which I sold a light stone for 37 million did not exist. I have never made such a trade. This trade must be a trade in which several items have been traded or an exchange has happened. I have the feeling that I was banned wrongly or even intentionally and maliciously.
Supposition: In the run-up there were already several situations in which I got into confrontations with friends of the above-mentioned admin Leo Light. And it's almost ridiculous to have to mention something like that in a report, but unfortunately it was about the opening of my office on Grand RP, one of these said friends completely distanced himself, one was there every now and then and we talked from a certain distance . About 2 weeks ago I started promoting my office with $10,000 cashback, which didn't sit well with many. My campaign was not about making the greatest possible profit, it was much more about entrepreneurs on Grand DE1 underbidding/overbidding each other from day one until no one was making any more sales. This has happened to me personally and to many of my friends as well. That's why I decided at some point to do this cashback campaign. Principle of this cashback campaign, was that we all make no profit, and the people who work in the office get twice the salary. The Christmas season is the best time to do something good. That evening one of these friends was RDM from an acquaintance of mine. Then Leo Light, Andre Reichenbach and Bobo Jackson were together in the discord and were talking! Why am I telling this? At first glance it could be that 3 friends meet in Discord and just talk to each other normally. But if you look at the fact that one of the people was RDMed and the other didn't want to talk because of the office anymore and the fact that they deliberately formulated a rule violation differently than it actually happened. Makes me look back on the incident with skepticism. The logs were analyzed 7 months retrospectively, just like that without a reason, I haven't even played active in the last few days because I spent the Christmas days with my family. Therefore, I do not assume that something mysterious happened that you look at the logbook so closely.
Explanation: Trade 37 million for a glow brick. The logs must show that the 37 million were not only traded against a light stone, but that at least 1 other item was also included. Whether it was because of my friends or not, I don't care anymore. For me it's just about the right not to ban active and happy players on Grand just to prove their power. A lot of people forget that it's a game. And unfortunately I have been confronted with such a situation several times. As long as you don't intentionally and maliciously harm the server or the players, everyone should have the right to play their RP. Even if one or the other cannot cope with the circumstances. You should play RP on an RP basis and even if you lose, next time you might find a way to play the situation differently. As a loyal and active player, you shouldn't fear all the time if you'll be banned again tomorrow because someone knows someone else who can turn something for him as it is currently possible. I don't want to badmouth the work of the admins here. Overall you are doing a good job. I would only wish that in the future more attention might be paid to who and why they are banned. There are enough players who intentionally break the rules and you can't look at 1000 aspects every time. Nevertheless, in my example, admins like Vincent Xozis or other admins who have processed my IC tickets in the last 1.5 years know that I have often asked in the past about rule violations because I didn’t want to break any rules.
Why should I move money? I've earned a lot of money. From my point of view, it wouldn't make sense to move Money because I've invested a lot of time and effort into getting where I’m now. What am I even talking about here? I haven't even moved money from my twink over 150 people to my main account. Just like 125,000 other people did. I just want to say that I really did the best I could, always consulted with admins or never closed a deal at all. I mean I've written Vincent Xozi's private so many times to ask or to cover myself up so they might think that the next thing I’ll ask is “vincent can i breathe”. And I didn't do that out of fear or anything else. Right from the start, I made sure not to break any rules that I would later have to say I didn't know. And Vincent has been more or less always cooperative with my requests.
Prehistory: I have made several trades with Uncle Leon in the past. We founded families together with other friends, bought items at auction, bought and managed family businesses and much more. In each of these trades, we have always observed the rules for handing over money and have done our best to comply with them. We contacted admins and asked again about critical trades. We didn't do it because we wanted to cover for a breach of the rules, we did it precisely because we respect the rules and don't want to break them. No matter what trade, no matter in what form. All items that I passed on ended up back with me if I didn't sell them clearly. I never slipped an item to anyone and they were allowed to sell it. I have always stuck to the tax system and I have always sold chaotic trades via the market with tax items if it was not possible via the G function. I understand the principle of the rules and that's why I bought all my money and items that I own on Grand through game time or through the donation function. However, we are only human and everyone can make mistakes. If I've broken the rules in any way, I apologize. I never intended to break a rule.
I currently have 2 options
1. Wait until the ban is over in 60 days and lose companies, offices, houses and bunkers (400million)
2. Or a request for an unban where my money might be wiped at 515 million. All items and money that I have earned on the server in my entire playing time.
request/wish: I hope I was able to describe my point of view to you a little and convince you. As mentioned above I like to play on Grand DE1. I have read and accept the rules. If there is a way to remove my ban without a wipe, I would be very grateful.
Thanks anyway for taking the trouble. Editing such stupid reports 3 days before the New Year, while we all know that you continue to mod the clothes and cars so that we can continue to have a good game comfort on Grand.
