To whom it May concern Dear Curator of the project Mazhor Dear respected game management I got banned for snow bot. But I was watching youtube because I have two screens one of the screens was on youtube and the other was on the game. I was getting some snow and watching youtube like I was pressing the nr 2 button to collect some snow with my hand and I was watching youtube at the same time and the admin thought I was using a snow bot and I am a girl I don't know what is a bot and stuff like this and I play this game because its fun and I enjoying playing the game having fun with friends around the city and I hope I will get unbanned because I need to continue what I start in the game you have what you see appropriate in my case, and we have all good hope in you and in your good management and thank you for the good management
