2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
- I'm Playing grand rp over 6 months, i got expirenced and good RP skills and knowledege about city rules.
- I was in the Families in the last term as a deputy, so i l got a lot of expirence how things works, for example: how to start FZ raid and how the turf works.
- I have expirence as a leader, i'm leader of unofficial organisation.
- I was HC many times in different gangs (EN1 & EN3)
- I believe the gang will be successful, i have high motivation and i want to prove it.
My goals for the term:
- Get 100% turf without breaking any rules. I got very good turf team and i believe they can do it.
- NO BREAKING RULES - I will choose the right people for Deputy and HC, they will do proper interview for anyone who want to join to the gang.
- I will make logs system in discord for anyone, so i can see the activity of the gangs members.
That way I can know who is active and who deserves a promotion and who doesn't.
- 24/7 Graffiti - I will make Graffiti Team from diffrent timezones.
- at least 5+ Clands per day,
- FZ raids
- Gun Store/Store Robbery at least one per day.
- Hostage sitoutions to make good rp sitoutions with the LEOS.
- Ghetto Fights: I want to make the ghetto very active like it was before.
- Bonuses for my high commands and for gang members for events and promations.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization:
- 0% of toxicity - I will make sure this gang respect all the gang members, and there is good friendship between everyone.
- I will make sure i have high commands & gang members from different timezones so the gang will be active 24/7.
- I will make more often hostage sitoutions with LEOS so there will be a lot of actions.
- Keeping the state rules: i will make sure anyone in the gang knows the rules, then there will be no fear of breaking rules while robbing & events.
