2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2. I want to be the leader of the FIB because for far too long I feel that fib has been run wrong and has had issues with corruption and misconduct. In addition to this, the activity of the FIB undercover programs have been inadequate and I feel that I can address through the creation of 3 new divisions that will all specialize in evidence. The first of these is the National Security Branch. This division is the anticorruption division that has existed before under Director Lawley. The second new division is the Special Surveillance Group. This division will focus on only evidence gathering not busts or other detective work. This division will be an elite division of operators who are heavily experienced in gathering evidence. The third division that will be created to help CID is the Intelligence Branch. The IB will be responsible for providing intelligence to CID for use in case files, in addition will be focusing on busts instead of CID to give cid more time to focus on gangs and families. The second reason I want to be the Director is to change the ranks. I think that the ranks and the promotion system currently doesn’t reward people for the work they put in. I will implement ranks that feel more rewarding, as well as giving each division 6 different ranks of agents within that division, being Director of Department, Deputy Director of Department, Supervisor of Department, Commanding Agent, Section Chief, and Special Agent in Charge. These 6 ranks will be dedicated to every division and each division will have a lot more ways to work your way up, while the ranks below supervisor are not high command they still hold a senior role within their division , giving each division more leadership to better coordinate their operations and help people feel they have more ways to move up in the org. The third and final reason I want to be Director is to stop the corruption from the past FIB administrations. I will be adding a division that will be like IA but a level above that, known as Office of the Inspector General. The head of this division is known as the Inspector General and is responsible for his 10 man team of investigators who will investigate any complaints or cases regarding our agents to ensure unbiased punishment decision making is being done, the Inspector General reports each investigation file to the me the Director who will approve each report.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
3. My advice for improving the role play would be to improve the activity of the organization and to hire more experienced people rather than doing favoritism of friends of HR. The FIB Academy will be established with the HR Branch being responsible for conducting daily trainings for each of the academy students. Each time zone of students will be placed into one of three classes, with HR agents in each one of those classes to make sure every time zone is able to be properly trained. In addition to this, I will also improve roleplay through more closely bonding with our agents through daily internal events for our agents to have fun and win a prize paid by me. Finally we will improve roleplay by focusing on correcting rule breaks rather than punishing harshly. We will issue punishments that reinforce the issue at hand and try to correct/prevent the issues or rule break. In my opinion if given the chance to lead the FIB, I will revamp the FIB into a whole new org, and bring the changes much needed for the Bureau.
