First of all the decision is correct, we are sorry that we did such a mistake like that.
But you have missed some mistakes of the other side in their own proof video!
First mistake:
They are metagaming. You can clearly hear how they are speaking with their friends over the microphone but the mic button on the right side of the screen does not shine !!!
Second mistake:
They are mixing. They say that they are recording and they will post the video on the forum website !!!
Third mistake:
They are saying „put your f*** hands up“.
This is cursing and I am not sure but I think this is also a rule break.
After this situation, they did a mass rdm to different families, including us. There are about 10 complaints in one day at the forum (Navy Family + Same IDs).
Please check their complaint again before they delete the proof videos and give them the punishment that they deserve. (ID 8925 reported us btw)
