Hello, I just got my medical mask i have been wearing for more than a year taken away with a threat of a 60 days ban.
The rule I found close to this was "6.26 It is forbidden to abuse EMS clothes if you are not EMS employee. | WARN or BAN up to 7 days"
I don't see how these are EMS clothes since it is tradable and you can buy them at the beach market and a lot of other people have too.
If this counts as EMS clothes and applies to the 6.26 rule then I think this admin related to this situation (hector) should get punished for not handling this the right way since he threatened me with a way more severe punishment than what I should've received.
I told him to link me the rule that will get me 60 days ban but he didn't and said that "I'm not your slave, I just need to take your mask"

(I bought this mask in the beach market in 2021 you can check the logs I didn't steal from the warehouse)

iI understand that wearing EMS clothes could make people think that I'm EMS and I could abuse it in the ghetto, but this is a mask you can barely see it. and I bought it a long time ago when the rule didn't exist. plus the rule didn't say that having it in my inventory is not allowed, but Mr, Espinoza did not give me the chance to just own it and have it as a collection item and not wear it. He could've just warned me to not wear it but he chose to not. this is a huge hit to me financially and a reimbursement would be really nice.;) Happy new year.

you can not obtain them as your not allowed to rob ems so the only way masks are out there is if they were stolen from the warehouse, we have been instructed by alex to collect them AND give a 60 day ban, i gave you an option of no ban, now it will be up to the higher ups how this turns out for you.

Perfectly fine decision, MEDICAL mask is mask for EMS employee - if u a not - u can not have or wear it ,same to EMS Armor
so u will have all chances to destroy it after YOUR BAN TIME will end and NEVER use it EVER again
