Rejected Cheats? stealing premium fuel??

i was driving around ghetto and pull up to fuel up my car with premium fuel and this guy comes up and steals my premium fuel? how is that possible ..
Maybe he just had a fuel tank and filled up my vehicle with normal fuel and the premium fuel disappeared. idk

no cheats i guess . the guy fueled normal fuel thats why premium one got override

If you fill normal fuel over premium fuel it gets converted to normal fuel hence no cheats ​
