Happy new year sir.
I just started the game. Last night, when I was in front of the trade market, a few people said I make snow and sell. So I told my little brother to just press a button and took a 20-minute lunch break, when I came back I saw that I had been banned for 60 days. I don’t use bot programmer. I don’t know this software. I am just new player. Please take back the snows I produced fine or jail time, I'm so sorry I didn't know this was forbidden as I'm new to the game. I read all the rules and I regret it so much. Please forgive me. Lift my ban and I'll be punished with snow or fine or jail time.

stories with brothers are already to old, ppl should start invent something new
+ giving access to 3rd party person u a violating gen rules 1.1 - so providing perm ban for this according to rules and your topic
