2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1: I want to be the leader of the Ballas because it's finally my time to run the gang, I've been in the community for a year now and the only gang I've ever been a part of is the Ballas. Every time my group of friends controls the Ballas gang we're the strongest gang on the server and win every event.
2: Another reason why I want to be the leader of the Ballas gang is to allow my huge friend group to enjoy the gang scene again, a lot of us haven't joined any gangs since the last time we controlled it which was maybe four months ago and we're ready to get back into and make more memories.
3: In conclusion, I'm the right choice to be given an opportunity for an interview, the server has been struggling to find people who can competently run a gang. It has got to the point where you can't even get enough applications for it. Make the right choice and accept my application.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in an organization.
My first action on improving the level of Roleplay in the organization would be to create a more realistic environment of Roleplay within the gang, doing things more realistically on how members get invited and on the way you rank up in the gang. Other than that it would be getting the ghetto more active and creating more RP scenarios between the other gangs and the police on the server, doing hostage situations, and setting up events with the other gangs. I come from a lot of hardcore Roleplay servers so I understand it better than most. Thank you for reading my application I'd appreciate if you would give me a chance for the interview.
