This ban on me is unfair. I haven't even been online or played to have committed this mistake. I have been offline since quite a few days for some work IRL. This is totally unfair. I have not made any transactions or anything in the past month yet I have been banned. This is totally unacceptable. Reverse the ban as soon as possible please.
