he is not following arrest procedure , didn't even search me for gun license and even search for my id , the reason was for brandishing firearm and this is the wrong penal code , should have been Open carrying not brandishing. Brandishing can be used only if the weapon was used to "with the intent to threaten and/or scare" like if you were aiming it at people.

imagine calling yourself "Ex SAHP Captain" and not knowing how to report, you are not showing the full situation, and check the id before saying something, go and ask you "ex HC" who is Chotu Ken, he is and was FIB HC even when your ID didnt exist
