2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Reasons
1. After a long time of being in gangs being deputies, turf leader and high commands in gangs I finally wanna put my mark on the map leading a gang to its full potential and greatness.
2. After being away from the server for a long period, I wanna create a space for a community of people, like it was back in the day where everyone was close and friendly to each other in the gang, would help each other and enjoy and feel like a true gang, and teach new commers that could be potential good leaders in the future.
3. I wanna bring back rivarly and competiton in gangs I feel like all recent gangs were very friendly even allying with one another which kinda makes it less enjoyable, of course I want to keep toxicity to a minimum and enjoyment to the maximum.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in an organization.
From what I have seen recently, RP is terrible and low quality due to people mass reporting gangs for the smallest things, this includes gangs and legal orgs. As a leader it would be easier to create a friendly enviroment between orgs that would allow us to create more hostage situations and maybe new events/situaitons. From what I have seen in ghetto, its mostly unoffical families running ghetto I would wanna change that and bring back power the gangs.
