Application for the position of leader of the National Guard.

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I think NG needs a bit of fresh air, me as a fairly new player within the Grand City, but with good amount of experience, would do great in a leader role. Not just to be a leader, but to provide the players in the whole city with a good RP experience. I care more about the community then about just having fun myself.
- About my experience, it's not LONG, but its intense and good. I have served the LSPD on the last term as the head of the Field Training Division and made it to Commander in a couple of days. I got recognized for my leading ability and great communication skills by the people higher up the chain. Lower down the chain, the cadets, rookies and other agents I got to meet and train, had a verry good time. Till this day I get messages requesting that I should join them again as their senior and always get told that I would make a great leader.
- NG has a lot of potential. Not only for the ammo runs or to defend the base from gang raids, but also to assist in the events, to play a role in the defense of the whole city and to provide military support where needed. Also, it's a great place for every person that wants to get some experience in a state organization. It is one of the best starting places to get some good RP experience in an organization that has a hierarchy system.
- Again, I want to point out that I am not a player that has years or even multiple months of experience, but what I am, is a great addition to the community. I think my skills and way of doing things can be used in a better way than what I am doing now (senior state attorney).

Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
First off, I have never been in a Leader position before, not even as a Deputy. But I learn quick, and my natural leading ability allows me to always pick the right person for the right job. I do have a couple of persons in my mind that would be a great addition to the roster to help me lead the National Guard to a new height within server 3. Add the fact that I am good with decision making, caring for others, friendly and calm.

As for really improving RolePlay level, I have real life experience working as a trainer/coach. Don't want to get into details on a forum, but I could elaborate further in an interview. I know that the backbone of any organization starts with the new recruits. This is where my main focus would be. Get the people in, show them how it's done, and the rest comes naturally. NG should run like any military org should be done. Always ready, always faithful, always courageous and not for self but for the people.

To get more in detail, here are the things that I would like to do if I get the opportunity to do so.

1. Create the necessary divisions.
- Field Training Operations (FTO)
- Military Police (MP)
- AirForce (AF)
- Army Special Forces (ASF)
- Army Ground Forces (AGF)

2. Hand out roles to the divisions.
FTO - The field training operations division would be responsible to provide training for the new recruits as well as providing training for the soldiers on duty. An extra daily event where the soldiers can go to the arena and practice with the FTO squad. This way the division has more to do then just train the new coming soldiers but could get to experience RP with other members of the org as well. The FTO will work with MP to handle recruitment as well.

MP - The Military Police handles the internal affairs, if any soldier needs a reprimanding, it is their goal to carry this out. No other division will be allowed to give any punishment, be it warnings, be it strikes or even a verbal warning, everything should have to go through the MP. They will also be the one to hand out the promotions, give out the compliments, have evaluation talks and more. This to further the brotherhood between the members and have a clear single point of contact regarding issues. Their second task will be to go out of the base and set up MEPS (Military entrance processing stations) to get the NG more recruits. This can be done within the city, with approval of the Governor at busy areas. MP will work with FTO to handle training as well. The two divisions would be intertwined with each other.

AF - The AirForce will be responsible for air support. Scouting the base zones, to see the incoming raids, providing air support for other orgs, quickly transporting units from A to B, protecting the convoy at ammo runs. The AirForce will be the eyes in the sky.

SF - The Special Forces division is the group that is responsible to lead situations. In every battle situation, this is the division to follow. They will be able to give out orders in battle situations, to protect the convoy, to start different operations like a ghetto patrol, react to globals and handle all other situations involving battle. They will only take command from the Leader of the NG or the Governor. They are considered a special task force.

Army - The most important division. Base patrol on foot, doing ammo runs, assisting in events, assisting the ASF and most important, gate guarding. The AGF will be the biggest division. From here on out soldiers have the ability to prove their worth. Each division may pick soldiers from the division, or the soldiers may apply to other divisions once they have proof of skill.

3. Bonus systems.

There will be bonus systems set up. Here are some of the bonus systems I have in mind: Recruiting soldiers (handling the discord logs) / Giving recruits training / setting up MEPS / Giving out well deserved promotion / base zone scouting / attending events / getting promoted / attending the soldier trainings given by FTO / finishing ammo runs / handling difficult situations / playing out good RP. Every division will have ways to earn bonusses and having good roleplay experiences.

4. Work with the other organizations.

The NG could provide great support to the other Organizations, the Special Forces will work closely with the GOV, LSPD, FIB and EMS to provide support wherever possible and needed. I would like to meet with all the other orgs to talk about how they would use the SF in any events and situations they have.
